50% Deposit Payment Plan
Reserve your space today with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your remaining balance is due 30 days after your initial payment. Payment plans will no longer be available after September 5, 2026, and all balances must be paid in full by the final payment deadline to maintain your registration.
Mimosas & Business | No Refund Policy
All ticket sales, vendor registrations, and sponsorships for Mimosas & Business events are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel delays, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in writing at mimosas@thefabulousfactory.com at least 14 days prior to the event.
In the unlikely event that Mimosas & Business is postponed or rescheduled, all purchased tickets will automatically be honored for the new date.
If at any time a ticket purchase, vendor registration, or sponsorship is disputed or charged back, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds, damages, and associated legal fees.
By purchasing a ticket, registering as a vendor, or confirming sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
